Meet the MBB x SSS team

MBB x SSS is two businesses working as one team: Makeup by Brynlie, which is me, and Sassy Strand Styling, which is Cady. I do makeup. Cady does hair. Together we're the hair and makeup team that shows up on your wedding morning.

This was one of those ideas that lived in our heads for a long time. As our businesses grew, so did the vision. We wanted to give more brides the experience we care so deeply about: beautiful hair and makeup, thoughtful service, a calm wedding morning, and artists you genuinely love having there.

So we found girls who don't just do beautiful work, but who share the same standard of care we want every single bride to experience. Whether you're sitting in my chair, Cady's chair or one of our artists' chairs, we want you to feel completely taken care of from start to finish.

Here's who you might meet. I'm the founder and lead makeup artist. I built MBB around one simple idea: you should still feel completely like yourself on your wedding day, just a little extra special. Cady is the cofounder and lead hair stylist, and the owner of Sassy Strand Styling. For the last four years she has turned her love for effortless, textured hair into a career centered on making brides feel like the very best version of themselves.

Samantha is an assistant makeup artist who specializes in editorial and creative makeup alongside soft glam. Amanda is an assistant makeup artist who has been doing makeup for nearly a decade. Emily is an assistant hairstylist who has been a bridal hairstylist for five years, with soft, effortless styles that feel romantic and timeless. Jillyan is an assistant hairstylist who graduated from cosmetology school two years ago and has been styling hair for years.

For you, booking one hair and makeup team means less coordinating, less rushing and one cohesive experience from start to finish. When you book makeup you can add hair to the same booking, and when your party needs more hands I coordinate the additional artists, so you aren't trying to figure out how everyone gets ready on time.
